-We are writing today to thank you for the exceptional service from Devon, the installation of our exterior work that was completed by Scott, and Eves by Mike. When we started this journey we were very wary of what to do, out of all the quotes and estimates we looked into, VNO provided us with service and installation that was beyond our expectations. Devon was very approachable and explained in detail what we were to expect. In the past with different Reno's we have never recieved this type of honest, trustworthy service. Scott answered all of our questions ( and there was always one or more), he set my wifes mind at ease by ensuring the little details were managed with the mail box, satellite, plug ins, ect. The Peak of the North and South were completed exactly to what we wanted. Scott worked through cold and rain, never complaining, self motivated, punctual and with perfection and professionalism. Although a day late, were very happy with the eves, thank you for ensuring the down spout extended to keep water away from our foundation. Thank you over and over again.
